Meaning of the commentary
Because recurring time is divided into rainy, hot, and cold seasons, the commentary specifies conditions within each. Vyabhra means a day without clouds in the rainy season. A cool summer time is explained as after the third part of the day. Hemanta stands for the cold season generally. These timings are said to concern an extremely urgent disease, not a healthy person; for a healthy person the commentary instead mentions a single ordinary time around autumn in the broader tradition.
